This iPhone has been certified by our industry-leading mobile diagnostic software to be 100% fully functional.  It is in good cosmetic condition showing normal signs of use on the screen along with scratching and/or dings on the sides and back casing.  This phone is fully functional with all GSM carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.  It will not activate with CDMA carriers such as Verizon or Sprint.  This device comes with MFI certified lightning cable and UL approved power adapter and will be shipped in generic packaging.  Original packaging and a SIM card are NOT included. Immediate payment is required.

Shipping Terms

All orders ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of cleared payment.

Items can ONLY be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal. We are unable to change your shipping address once payment has been processed.

A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

Signature confirmation is required for all items over $750.

International orders are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your item please contact us for a free return shipping label.

Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

Cell phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

We are unable to process a refund if iCloud, Samsung, or Google Lock are not removed. If you receive the incorrect item or the package is damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 4 days of receipt. Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records. We record ALL serial numbers and any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated. All orders that need to be returned must be securely packaged, insured, and shipped with tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We carefully inspect all returns upon receipt prior to processing any refunds, credits, or exchanges. Our Warranty

We offer a 60 day warranty on all items unless stated otherwise in the listing details.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Physical damage is not covered.

Items must be in the same physical condition and have matching serial numbers for warranty approval.

Fraudulent warranty returns will not be tolerated. In order to start a warranty claim, please email us with a detailed description of the issue along with your name, order ID, and date of purchase.
